Would you like your dentist to participate in the MetLife network to help you save¹ on dental expenses? When you visit a participating (in-network) PDP provider, they have agreed to accept discounted fees as payment in full for covered services² provided to plan members. As a result, your out-of-pocket expenses are generally lower than when you visit a non-participating (out-of-network) dentist.

Our extensive PDP network has thousands of dental providers to choose from. You can find the names, addresses (including maps and driving instructions), specialties, and telephone numbers of participating providers in your area by searching the online directory from the MetLife Group Benefits website. If you are not yet enrolled in the MetLife dental plan and would like to see the participating dentists in your area, visit www.MetLife.com.

If your current dentist is not a participating (in-network) provider, urge them to visit www.metdental.com – our designated provider website – for application materials.
